Abul-Makhadeg Bay Resort lies to the south of Hurghada city and was intended to be developed along 9 years to include 16 main hotels and motel buildings, in addition to large landscape area with water works and artificial water features and streams.

Engineering service: 

Engineering studies and design for the electromechanical works of 16 hotels, entertainment/residential and service buildings, covering the following:
− Water supply system including R.O. seawater desalination plant, water storage tanks, pumping
stations and distribution network for potable and firefighting water systems.
− Wastewater collection network. Lift stations and treatment plant,
− Irrigation water system including storage tanks, pumping station and distribution network.
− Power supply and distribution system.
− Street lighting network and landscape illumination system.
− HVAC systems for the hotels and buildings.
− Firefighting and plumbing works of the buildings.
− Electric power and lighting systems of the buildings.
− Telecommunications and security systems.
